Rwanda Police Fire and Rescue Brigade continues its fire safety training to 80 Engineers, staff, branch managers, station and substations technicians of Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL).

The training is held at Kicukiro district. The aim of training is empower them in their profession. Explanations on causes and components of fire were given to participants who also engaged in fire fighting drills.

Understanding Fire Effects on the Environment:

But fire can be deadly, destroying homes, wildlife habitat and timber, and polluting the air with emissions harmful to human health. Fire also releases carbon dioxide, a key greenhouse gas into the atmosphere.
