The AGAPE Choir of the Presbyterian Church in Rwanda (EPR) Kiyovu Parish will hold its second “Dushime Live Concert” in Kigali on Oct 18 to thank God for 29 years of singing ministry.
The concert, titled “Dushime Uwiteka” (“Let Us Give Thanks to the Lord”), with the theme “Psalm 143:5-6,” will feature a sermon by Rev. Dr. Antoine Rutayisire.

The event, billed as “Dushime Uwiteka Live Concert Season 2,” is aimed at worshippers who enjoy praise and worship music.
Janvier Nshimiyimana, the event coordinator, told The Forefront Magazine that organizers wanted to help people grow closer to God and to share the gospel with those who have not yet heard it.
“People should draw nearer to God, and just as we are called to lead many to righteousness by telling them the good news, that is why we organized this concert,” Nshimiyimana said. We also hope some will turn away from sin and accept Jesus as their king and savior.”

He added that the concert would also give the choir a chance to thank God for what he has done for its members.
Other acts on the program include Chorale Jehovah Jireh-ULK of the ADEPER church, Believers Worship Team and Bethel choir, both of EPR, and the worship group of Papi Clever and Dorcas.
The concert is held annually. Next year’s edition, in 2027, is expected to mark the choir’s 30th anniversary of ministry through song.
AGAPE Choir has about 60 members. Admission to the Dushime Live Concert is free, and the choir has invited the public to attend.
Be blessed.
