With a distinguished career spanning over 13 years in the tourism and hospitality industry, Ronald brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization.
During his position as the Director of Operations and Consultant at Horwath HTL Rwanda, Ronald demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic prowess by successfully managing a diverse portfolio of projects across Rwanda, Lesotho, Malawi, and Uganda. Ronald’s impact on the tourism industry extends beyond operations; he played a pivotal role in negotiating Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) business for Rwanda during his tenure at the Rwanda Convention Bureau.
In his new role as the Regional Sales and Business Development Director for Africa, Ronald will be instrumental in leading our team to expand market share in Rwanda and beyond while establishing strategic partnerships across the African continent. His deep understanding of the African MICE landscape positions him as a key driver of our company’s growth and success in this dynamic region.
